United States )

Office of public Trust.
All who participate in the election are to have an equal vote, equal numbers of people per Representative,
whatever their race, whatever their sex, whatever their occupation, whatever their income, and wherever their home
may be in that geographical unit.
THIS IS REQUIRED BY THE EQUAL PROTECTION CLAUSE OF THE 14TH AMENDMENT
The idea that every voter is equal to every other voter in their State, and every voter in a State is equal to every
voter in other State's for the US House of Representatives, when casting their ballot in favor of one of several competing
candidates is the fundamental rule in the Equal Protection Clause.
"The concept of political equality from the ' Declaration of Independence, to Lincoln's Gettysburg Address, to the
14th, 15th, 17th, and 19th Amendment's can mean only one thing - one person, one vote." Chief Justice Warren
Equal numbers of people per Representative in all Legislative houses is the rule.
The right to vote freely for the candidate of one's choice is a founding American principal, and any restrictions on that right strike at the heart of our American system of government. The right of voting can be denied by debasement or dilution
of the weight of a citizen's vote just as effectively as by wholly prohibiting the freedom to vote.
The Supreme Court of the United States held that a claim asserted under the Equal Protection Clause challenging the constitutionality of a State's apportionment of seats in its legislature, on the grounds that the right to vote of citizens
was effectively injured since debased and diluted. The claim of individual injury since their vote is debased and diluted
is the Courts obligation to require legislators obey the Constitution and repair the injury. We all have to have the same
number of people per representative in all legislative houses for Equal Representation, equal say in law, and equal
approval of taxes we have to pay.
